    Items purchased from can be returned or exchanged within 21 days of receipt, with the exception of customized or bespoke products, which are not eligible for return or refund. The item(s) must be returned in perfect and unused condition with the original jewellery box and pouch intact, and the invoice.

    Return Shipping Options:
    1. Prepaid Shipping Label: To avoid unnecessary import duties and taxes, we offer a prepaid return shipping label with FedEx or DHL for £35, which includes an admin fee. Please provide the collection address, contact name, phone number, and email when requesting a label. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

    2. Self-Managed Shipping: If you prefer to use your own shipping method, please note that you are responsible for all return shipping costs, taxes, and import duties. Any additional costs incurred will be deducted from your refund. Ensure the item(s) are returned in their original condition, and retain proof of shipment as SWEETLIMEJUICE is not responsible for any damage or loss during transit.

    We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria and will notify you via email if your return is rejected.


    Refunds will be processed upon the receipt and inspection of the returned item(s).

    Notification regarding the return process will be provided as soon as the product(s) has been inspected. If the return is approved, a refund will be initiated to the original payment method. The credit amount will be issued after a few days depending on the bank's policies.

    Please note that the original shipping fee will not be refunded unless the product(s) received is faulty. Furthermore, additional duties, taxes, or charges that may be incurred for orders outside of the UK will not be refunded. Shipping costs for uncollected packages will also not be refunded.


    Product purchased as ‘final sale’ cannot be for return or exchange, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
